I was originally aiming for an all white room but couldn't resist the shots of burnt orange and leaf green
The original fireplace surround was in grey stone and a little too subtle for this all white room. Now painted black it's stunning!
By placing the sofa in the middle of this long living room, facing the fireplace, I was able to fit a desk behind it (not shown).
These are so popular now that they are becoming hard to find. This one sits on a nightstand and picks up on the cushion colors.

The charcoal grey walls work in this very bright room balanced by lots of white trim and touches of red.
I removed the upper cabinets on one side of this narrow kitchen and replaced them with a stainless shelf for the everyday dishes..
I love mixing frame colors, combining hanging art with leaning art and adding the occasional 3 dimensional item like the mask here.
